TAP5 FOR AUSTRALIAN BUSINESSES
What is an NFC Google Review Card?
An NFC Google Review Card is a physical card or tag that uses near-field communication to open a business review page when a compatible phone taps it.
The challenge
A review request can be well-timed but still difficult if customers must search for the correct business online.
How Tap5 works
At a high level, the phone reads the NFC tag and opens a web address. With Tap5, we use your business name and location to identify the correct Google listing, program the tag and test it before dispatch.
Where to place it
Businesses commonly place review cards at counters, reception desks, checkouts and service desks. Tap5 includes both a programmed NFC tap and a printed QR code prepared for the same business review page.
Compatibility, privacy and the tap
Most modern NFC-enabled phones can use the basic tap-to-web flow, but settings, phone cases and physical distance can affect detection. Internet access is required, and the phone may need to be unlocked.
The tap opens a public review destination; it does not submit a review automatically. Tap5 configures cards for the business location supplied with the order.
