Email support Monday–Friday. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and Queensland public holidays.
Include your order reference if you have one. For a delivery estimate, include your destination postcode. Never send payment card details or passwords.
Setup and incorrect links
If the NFC tap or printed QR opens the wrong business, or a card does not work with a compatible phone, contact us with your order reference and what happens when you tap. We’ll help check the setup and arrange the appropriate remedy under our order terms.
