TAP5 GUIDE

How to Find Your Google Review Link

Your Google review link gives customers a direct route to your review form. You can share it in a message, print it as a QR code, or use it on a physical NFC card.

Open the right Google Business Profile

Sign in to the Google account that manages your business. Open Google Business Profile, or search for your business while signed in. If you manage more than one location, select the exact location you want customers to review.

Copy the link from Get more reviews

In your Business Profile, select Read reviews, then Get more reviews. Use the copy option to copy your review link. Some profiles show an Ask for reviews option instead; open it to find the sharing link.

Paste the copied link into a note or your browser and check the business name and location. A direct link commonly starts with https://g.page/r/ and ends with /review. Do not edit the code in the link.

A Maps listing link is different

The Share option in Google Maps can give you a link to the business listing. That link may require customers to find the review button themselves. For a direct review form, use the link from Get more reviews in your Business Profile.

If you cannot see the profile controls, check that you are signed in to the managing account and that the profile is available. Never give Tap5 your Google password. The free QR tool does not need access to your account.

Turn the link into a free QR code

Paste the review link into Tap5’s free Google Review QR Code Generator. Create the QR, add your business name and optional logo, and download a PNG, SVG or printable A4/A5 PDF.

Scan the finished QR with your phone before displaying it. Confirm the business location and the review form. Google may ask the customer to sign in before writing a review.

Share it after a completed visit

Use your link in an appropriate follow-up message, or display a QR sign at your counter, reception or payment point. A short invitation such as “If you have a moment, you’re welcome to share your experience on Google” lets customers choose.

Invite honest feedback from customers regardless of sentiment. Avoid incentives, pressure or requests for a particular rating.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get the link without giving Tap5 account access?

Yes. Copy the link in your own Google Business Profile and paste it into the free tool. Tap5 does not need your Google login or password.

Does each location need its own link?

Yes. Check and use the review link for the exact business location that the customer visited.

Can I just use a Google Maps share link?

The tool accepts supported Maps links, but they may open the listing first. A link from Get more reviews gives customers a more direct route to the review form.
